Yes. NXT Cloud Chat Pro extends the Free CRM and runtime foundation. Install and activate Free first, then activate your Pro license.

Where is customer and CRM data stored?

NXT Cloud Chat stores its CRM and operational records in your WordPress database. Message delivery still communicates with Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API as required.

Do Meta messaging charges still apply?

Yes. Meta or WhatsApp pricing, quality rules, throughput, template approval, and platform limits apply separately. NXT Cloud Chat does not replace those platform requirements.

Can I assign work to both users and teams?

Yes. Assignment selectors support eligible WordPress users and custom Access Team queues. Module permissions and assigned, team, or all-record scopes are managed separately.
